3. User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using Services.
Use Services lawfully and not for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems.

4. Payment & Billing
Fees: Prices are specified in service agreements or invoices. Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically unless canceled.

5. Termination

Total liability is capped at fees paid in the last 6 months.

Ownership: All software, trademarks, content, and materials (“IP”) are owned by Midas Automate or licensors.
Restrictions: No IP may be copied, modified, or resold without express written permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Texas law, excluding conflicts principles.
Jurisdiction: Disputes must be resolved in state/federal courts in Houston, TX. You waive objections to venue.
Informal Resolution: Parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days before litigation.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. General Provisions
Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
